Purpose
These Terms of Service define the terms of access and use of the EuroConstat service, edited by Payverif Solutions Limited, allowing you to complete an online European-model accident statement.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
Any use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any of the provisions, you must immediately cease using the service.
Service Description
EuroConstat allows you to complete, save, and export an accident statement (e-statement) compliant with the European model. The service includes assistance tools, guidance, and PDF export, as well as additional features depending on the subscription chosen.
Account Creation and Management
An account is necessary to access certain features. You commit to providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity performed through your account.
Use of the Digital Accident Statement
The accident statement must be completed in good faith with accurate information. The generated document is intended to be used with the insurers of the parties involved. You are responsible for submitting the accident statement to your insurer within the required timeframe.
User Obligations
You commit to using the service in compliance with the law, these Terms of Service, and public order. It is prohibited to use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party rights-infringing purposes.
Subscriptions, 48-hour trial offer at €1.90 and renewal
Certain features are reserved for subscribers. A trial offer of 48 hours is proposed at the unique price of €1.90 including VAT. Upon expiration of this period, the subscription automatically renews according to the chosen plan, at the rate of €49.00 per month, unless canceled before the end of the trial.

Payments are secured through our providers. Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Invoices are available in your account space and sent by email upon request.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for any subscription purchased online, from the date of payment validation, unless you expressly consent to immediate execution of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Service Availability
We implement all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service 24/7. Interruptions may nonetheless occur for maintenance or cases of force majeure.
Liability
autoconstat.com endeavors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the service, but does not guarantee the complete absence of error. Our liability is limited to proven direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All contents, brands, logos, texts, images, interfaces, and elements of the service are the exclusive property of autoconstat.com or its partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability regarding your data.
Account Suspension / Deletion
We may suspend or remove your access to the service, without notice, in case of violation of these Terms of Service or for any fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Paris jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
